Having experienced my own personal childhood trauma, my life’s journey led me to plant medicine to heal those core wounds. It helped me uncover and heal some of my deep traumas and dissociation I experienced over a lifetime as a child, teenager and adult.

Having experienced my own personal childhood trauma, my life’s journey led me to plant medicine to heal those core wounds. It helped me uncover and heal some of my deep traumas and dissociation I experienced over a lifetime as a child, teenager and adult.
My journey as showed me how to forgive, find self-worth and gain clarity of purpose and the next steps whenever I’m at a crossroads. Plant medicine has been my best transformational therapy, but the profound results show up when I integrate messages and commit to making the necessary changes in my life. That along with a deep spiritual foundation of meditation and breath work practice, I have awakened my journey to finding my true self.

I value a holistic approach to transformation and incorporate many complementary tools, including somatic therapy, to assist people in transforming their suffering to live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
Each coaching session provides the opportunity to fulfill the need we all have to be heard and accepted unconditionally, just as we are.
